Clear2Pay SIGNS BOA WITH NATO NC3A

Amsterdam, September 29 2003 - Clear2Pay has signed a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with NATO Consultation, Command and Control Agency. The BOA provides the framework between the two parties to quickly do business together. Under the BOA Agreement, Clear2Pay is entitled to compete on bids that NATO issues within the range of products and services that Clear2Pay focuses on. A large part of the Clear2Pay product portfolio along with consultancy, development and implementation services around a/o Directories, Messaging and Security is included in the BOA.

Peter Kwakernaak, Managing Director of Clear2Pay states "We already have a business relationship with NATO for quite some time, and a number of our employees have NATO clearance, but this BOA enables us to grow the business with NATO along the lines they set out in this framework. We are very happy to have completed the BOA procedure".
