Clear2Pay and TODO1 implement Bank Payment Hub solution at Banco Mercantil

Next generation payment hub offers TODO1 member banks an Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment platform

Miami/Brussels, 9 November, 2006 – Clear2Pay, a leading international software provider of next generation payment solutions for financial institutions, today announced that they and TODO1 will implement an integrated payments platform for customers of Banco Mercantil, Venezuela. The Clear2Pay integrated Payment Hub solution will be delivered for Banco Mercantil customers in Venezuela and subsequently for Bancolombia customers in Colombia. The Payment Hub will provide bank customers with the ability to view, pay, and manage bills electronically via the bank’s Internet site, as well as providing functionality to service providers to manage their bill presentation with the bank.

Banco Mercantil is the largest bank in Venezuela, processing hundreds of thousands of bill presentments and payments annually. TODO1 delivers the software and services to Banco Mercantil for all on-line products and recently selected Clear2Pay to provide an integrated platform to support their current and future payment processing needs.
