DnB NOR selects Clear2Pay’s Bank Payment Hub platform for its Integrated Nordic Payment Solution (INPS)

Brussels , 13 September 2005 - Clear2Pay, the international software vendor of next
generation payment solutions for financial institutions and corporates, has signed a contract with DnB NOR. The bank’s cash management department will deploy Clear2Pay’s Bank Payment Hub solution allowing DnB NOR’s corporate customers to increase bulk payment volumes, STP and transparency in the full corporate to bank payments value chain.

Clear2Pay, the leading software vendor of next generation payment solutions for financial institutions and corporate, has announced a contract with DnB NOR. The INPS project will use the Bank Payment Hub’s Customer Interaction solution as a part of the bank’s order management system for DnB NOR’s corporate customers. The contract represents a significant win for Clear2Pay and expands its presence in Scandinavia.

The system allows DnB NOR customers to send one single bulk file with payments to be executed from all Nordic branches. The system will identify and validate payments according to (local) rules and regulations and convert files to formats defined by the bank. Acknowledgements, deviation reports, credit/debit advices and statements of account covering all Nordic countries will be delivered to the customer in one or multiple formats according to customer agreement and frequency. The benefits for both DNB NOR and its customers lie in increased STP and improved transparency at a lower cost.
