SEB Kort opts for co-operation with Clear2Pay
for purchase card processing

processor selects the ClearPark online payment and settlement solution.
Brussels, 1 September 2004 - The North European banking
group SEB has selected Clear2Pay's Clearpark as the ASP solution
for Purchase Card processing at SEB Kort. The ClearPark platform
will process transactions for SEB Kort's corporate and SME clients
embracing the MasterCard, VISA and Diners' Club brands.
ClearPark is a solution developed by Clear2pay that allows for
worldwide authorisation of payment or business transactions, which
can be used within a web shop, via web forms, in batch processing
or directly linked to back office systems. In addition to handling
regular credit cards, such as VISA and Mastercard, ClearPark offers
an extensive Purchase Card solution.
SEB Kort has opted to clear and process Purchase Card clients through
the Clear2Pay ClearPark platform in Gent, Brussels. This ASP model
enables SEB Kort to offer the most advanced, efficient, cost-effective
and secure way of processing to their clients.
