Clear2Pay wins consultancy contract for the NATO Consultation, Command and Control Agency (NC3A)

Clear2Pay has won a consulting contract with NC3A in The Hague. The NATO C3 Agency is developing, procuring and implementing state of the art C3 capabilities for NATO and it is providing unbiased scientific advice and support to NATO authorities. The NATO C3 Agency is an integrated team of more than 500 professionals, civilian and military, from NATO member nations dedicated to provide to NATO high quality expertise in the domain of Consultation, Command and Control.

NC3A is working on Information Exchange Gateways (IEGs), a concept to support the interoperability between NATO and National Automated Information Systems (AISs) and on the NATO Messaging System Increment 2 (NMS2), an infrastructure for formal messaging within, from and to NATO, and has asked Clear2Pay to provide supporting consultancy skills in the X.500, LDAP, Meta-Directory and Security area. The tasks are among others:

• Supporting technical planning activities related to the implementation of IEGs;
  
• Generating system designs for the NATO Core AIS components of the IEG;
  
• Building and testing the system designs for each Information Exchange Service and the IEG;
  
• Developing supporting documentation for each Information Exchange Service and the IEG;
  
• Supporting technical planning and review activities related to implementation of NMS2.
