Clear2Pay rondt B-financieringsronde af met additionele investering
van Intel.

Brussel, 20 oktober 2003 – Clear2Pay, specialist in betaaloplossingen voor de internationale financiële wereld, heeft vandaag bekendgemaakt dat het haar B-financieringsronde afsluit met een additionele investering van Intel Capital. De investeerders in deze B-ronde omvatten Big Bang Ventures, Koceram, Omega Pharma en het management. Deze additionele kapitaalsinjectie brengt het totale kapitaal op 8.4 miljoen euro.

“De raad van bestuur van Clear2pay had de optie om de B-ronde uit te breiden. Deze uitbreiding van de financieringsronde voorziet de onderneming van extra financiële middelen, die zullen gebruikt worden voor het verder ontwikkelen van onze product portfolio voor de markt van elektronische betalingen en voor het versnellen van onze groeistrategie. Volgens Stephane Goubau, Intel’s Directeur van Strategische Investeringen voor West- Europa, "maakt deze investering deel uit van Intel’s missie om te investeren in ecosysteemoplossingen die de hindernissen naar een efficiënte e-business helpen verwijderen."
