Clear2Pay conclut son augmentation de capital
avec un investissement additionnel dIntel.
Bruxelles, 20 octobre 2003 - Clear2Pay, le spécialiste Bruxellois
dans les solutions de paiements pour le secteur financier international,
annonce aujourdhui la conclusion de son augmentation de capital
avec un investissement additionnel dIntel Capital. Les investisseurs
incluent Big Bang Ventures, Koceram, Omega Pharma et le management.
Cette extension additionnelle apporte le capital investi à
8.4 million deuro.
Le conseil dadministration de Clear2Pay a eu loption
de prolonger le placement. Lextension fournit à Clear2Pay
des moyens financiers additionnels qui seront employés pour
continuer le développement de notre portfolio de produits
pour le marché des paiements électroniques et pour
accélérer notre stratégie de croissance. Nous
prévoyons que les institutions financières augmenteront
leurs dépenses envers la technologie et les systèmes
de paiement afin de réduire leurs coûts et dapporter
plus de convenance à leurs clients." dit Michel Akkermans,

Selon Stephane Goubau, le directeur des investissements stratégiques
dIntel dans la région d'Europe occidentale, "cet
