Clear2Pay, le constructeur belge de solutions de paiements innovatrices pour les institutions financières, a annoncé qu'elle a acquit 100% des parts de la société Tectrade, une entreprise spécialisée dans les transactions électroniques, pour un pourcentage d'actions de Clear2Pay non précisé.

Bruxelles, 20/12/2002 - Clear2Pay, le constructeur belge de solutions de paiements innovatrices pour les institutions financières, a acquit 100% des parts de Tectrade NV. Tectrade, situé à Bruges (B), est un des principaux fournisseurs belges de services professionnels en e-business. L'entreprise conçoit et développe des plateformes de transactions qui permettent à des sociétés d'effectuer des transactions électroniques de manière rapide et sécurisée dans le monde entier.
