Project Manager (M/F)

Job Description

As a project manager, you will be in charge of delivering one of Clear2Pay’s international product implementations to the customer.

You plan the project delivery, maintain the day to day relationship with customer and suppliers and follow up the development progress for Clear2Pay’s product and project releases. You will work closely together with the account manager to further develop the account to leverage repeat business.

You follow up the budget and report on project actuals to the Finance department.

You contribute to the definition of project and QA processes for Clear2Pay together with your colleagues.

You will work in a highly attractive technological environment (J2EE, Sun) in the very interesting market segment of eFinance.

You report to the business unit manager.

Responsibilities

• Follow up the project execution for a designated project, product implementation and customer (internal/external)
  
• Identify customer needs, translate them into project deliverables
  
• Coach your team members during all phases of project implementation
  
• Communicate and safeguard the project execution on behalf of the organization
  
• Define project activities, distribute them across the project team and follow-up the task progress with the team members
  
• Interface with QA engineers; gather QA feedback and implement day to day quality process
  
• Report on the project progress to the business unit manager
  
• Maintain project planning, estimates and actuals for the project phase under your responsibility.
  

Requirements

• An engineering degree with management specialization or an economy degree with technical specialization; or equivalent qualifications by experience
  
• Proven people skills
  
• Proven experience in working with project and development teams
  
• Proven track record in project delivery within budget/time
  
• Proven experience with project budgeting and reporting.
  
• Proven experience with project methodologies.
  
• Experience with application delivery in an international context
  
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing), knowledge of French, Dutch, Spanish or German is a plus
  
• Good social contacts, team player
  
• Willingness to travel
