Business Analyst Financial Markets (M/F)

Job description

To re-enforce our project teams currently working on several IT projects within the Financial Markets area, we are looking for a (m/f) business analyst who will:

• analyze business user requirements
• translate user requirements into detailed functional specifications
• perform gap analysis
• assess third-party software products
• provide support to the development team during implementation phase
• perform acceptance tests
• train users on the new system

Profile

• University degree
• Strong analytical skills
• Good knowledge of the Back Office administration of several financial instruments traded in a Dealing Room (e.g. FX, MM, Equities, Derivatives...)
• Experience in process design and/or system customizing
• Ability to liaise with parties such as business representatives, process managers, IT project leaders and developers
• Team player, eager to learn, customer focus, result oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in French or Dutch, good knowledge of English
