Business Analyst Banking (M/F)

Job description

To re-enforce our project teams we are looking for several (m/f) business analysts with banking experience who will:

• analyze business user requirements
• translate user requirements into detailed functional specifications
• perform gap analysis
• assess third-party software products
• provide support to the development team during implementation phase
• perform acceptance tests
• train users on the new system

Profile

• University degree
• Strong analytical skills
• 3-10 years of working experience on IT projects in the banking sector
• Experience in process design and/or system customizing
• Experience in one of the following areas is a plus: Credits, Financial Markets, Accounting
• Ability to liaise with parties such as business representatives, process managers, IT project leaders and developers
• Team player, eager to learn, customer focus, result oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in French or Dutch, good knowledge of English
